Jennie Krasner is currently a Senior Counsel in the Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Counsel in the Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit from 2021 to 2025 and held various roles within the SEC's Division of Enforcement from 2012 to 2021. With prior experience as an Associate at Dechert LLP and other law firms, Jennie earned a JD in Law from Georgetown Law and a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
