Jenny Cheung

Program Manager

Jenny Cheung is an accomplished Program Manager at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since December 2020, leading the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD for over 5,000 employees and managing cross-functional teams to enhance HR services. Previously, as a Managing Consultant at IBM Global Services from August 2011 to December 2020, Jenny provided HR strategy and transformation services, directed Business Process Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, and significantly increased federal engagement. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant, where Jenny developed performance management tools, and Consultant, contributing to the migration to HR Connect. Jenny began a career in human resources at Johnson and Johnson as a Human Resource Intern. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
