Jessica Neiterman is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in securities law and enforcement. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Asset Management Unit of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since June 2014, Jessica previously held the position of Attorney Advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges. Prior to this, Jessica worked as an Associate at Fried Frank from January 2010 to May 2014, focusing on litigation and white-collar criminal defense, and was an active member of the Pro Bono Committee. Jessica's early legal experience includes a fellowship at The Constitution Project and serving as a Student Attorney with the Duke Law Wrongful Convictions Clinic. Jessica earned a Doctor of Law (JD), Cum Laude, from Duke University School of Law and a BA, Magna Cum Laude, in History and Sociology of Science, Political Science, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
