John Iannone

John Iannone has extensive experience in financial systems and accounting, currently serving as a Systems Accountant at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since February 2014. In this role, John acts as the Functional Lead for the Financial Data Mart project, promoting collaboration among stakeholders. Previously, John held various senior positions, including Senior Systems Accountant at Millennium Challenge Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed leading financial management system improvements and ensuring compliance with federal requirements. Experience also includes managing the Functional Application Team at the U.S. Department of Education and overseeing financial operations for the Executive Office of the President. John’s career began in 1998 with roles at PwC and other organizations, focusing on Oracle Federal Financials. Educational credentials include a BS in Accounting from LIU Post and an Oracle Developer Diploma from Strayer University-Maryland.
