John Lehmann Jr. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities law and enforcement. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since 2013, John previously held the same position at the Commission from 2004 to 2012. John’s expertise includes significant contributions as a Legal Advisor at the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office, where John was a primary author of Iraq’s permanent securities laws and anti-money laundering procedures. Earlier experience includes an attorney position at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP and a law clerk role at the Federal Trade Commission.
