Jon Jordan is a Senior Investigations Counsel in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since the Unit's inception. They investigate significant FCPA matters and collaborate with counterparts at the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Previously, Jon served as a Branch Chief in the Division of Enforcement, supervising a team in high-stakes investigations involving federal securities law. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University and a JD from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, graduating cum laude.
