Jonathan Allen

Jonathan Allen is a Senior Enforcement Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since September 2015, after serving as Enforcement Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Attorney at both Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP from January 2011 to September 2015 and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 2007 to January 2011. Jonathan Allen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown Public Policy Institute. Prior educational pursuits included a transfer to Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Oregon.
