Jonathan Grant

Jonathan Grant is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in public finance law. Since January 2014, Jonathan has served as Senior Counsel in the Public Finance Abuse Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked at Linklaters as an Associate from October 2006 to December 2013 and at White & Case as an Associate from September 2002 to October 2006. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French Language and Literature, with College Honors and Phi Beta Kappa distinction, from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
