Jonathan Polish

Jonathan Polish serves as a senior trial counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's Enforcement Division in Chicago, overseeing various SEC matters in federal courts and administrative proceedings. They previously held roles as a litigation partner at Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. and Reed Smith, focusing on securities and corporate governance disputes. Additionally, Jonathan is an adjunct professor of International Securities Law at Northwestern University School of Law. They earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
