Jone’ Hillary is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Enterprise Operations Center Engineer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since June 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating event resolutions and monitoring problem areas. Previously, Jone’ held the role of Senior End User Support Specialist at ActioNet, Inc. from May 2023 to March 2024, focusing on setting up local test environments, managing servers, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
