Josh Dickman

Josh Dickman is a Senior Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since June 2013. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Jones Day, where involvement in the Trial Practice group occurred from September 2009 to May 2013, and as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Chicago Kent College of Law, teaching courses in Conflict of Laws and Legal Writing from August 2008 to August 2009. Additional legal experience includes clerking for the Honorable Frank M. Hull at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from August 2005 to August 2008, and for the Honorable Beverly B. Martin at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia from 2004 to 2005. Earlier in the career, Josh Dickman worked as an Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP from September 2002 to June 2004. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Economics from the University of Virginia.
