Joss Berteaud is currently serving as Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Previously, Joss held the position of Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia from 2018 to 2019 and completed a Judicial Internship at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in 2015. Joss also worked as Counsel at WilmerHale from 2019 to 2020. Joss earned a Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University Law Center between 2014 and 2017.
