Julia Green is the Assistant Regional Director of the Market Abuse Unit in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2021. Previously, Julia served as Senior Trial Counsel at the SEC from 2016 to 2021 and worked as Counsel at Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP from 2008 to 2015. Julia's early career includes clerkships with The Hon. Jed S. Rakoff and The Hon. Robert A. Katzmann, as well as an associate role at Ropes & Gray LLP. Julia earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School in 2003 and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University, completed in 1999.
