Justin Jeffries is the Associate Regional Director for the SEC’s Atlanta Regional Office, where they head the Enforcement program. Justin joined the SEC’s Division of Enforcement in 2010 as a staff attorney and progressed to the role of Assistant Regional Director in 2017, having also served as counsel to the Division Director. Prior to their work at the SEC, Justin was a senior associate at King & Spalding LLP and an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, as well as a law clerk for the Honorable William S. Duffey, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Art History from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
