Kasey Levit is currently a Special Counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel, Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Kasey previously served as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2011 to 2017, where they advised companies on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters. Kasey earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2011 and holds a BA in Economics and Government from the University of Virginia, completed in 2008.
