Katherine Bagley

Katherine Bagley is a legal professional with extensive experience in various judicial and legal roles. Currently serving as Legal Branch Chief in the Office of Industrial Applications and Services at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since August 2016, Katherine has also held positions as Senior Special Counsel in the Director's Office and Staff Attorney. Prior to this, Katherine worked as an Appellate Court Attorney at the Supreme Court of the State of New York from August 2014 to June 2016. Initial experience includes a Judicial Extern role at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and a Judicial Intern position at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Katherine Bagley earned a Doctor of Law from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte.
