Katrina Wilson

Katrina Wilson has extensive experience in securities regulation and international finance, currently serving as Senior Special Counsel in the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since April 2009. Prior roles at the SEC include Special Counsel in both the Office of International Affairs and the Division of Trading and Markets. Recently, Katrina completed a one-year secondment as Policy Advisor to the International Organization of Securities Commissions, contributing to multiple committees focused on investment management and sustainable finance. Earlier in her career, Katrina worked as an Associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP and held a position as a Financial Services Consultant at PNC. Katrina holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from the University of Pittsburgh.
