Kenneth Godwin has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Branch Chief at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since 2003, where management of a team of examiners and attorneys focuses on regulatory examinations of credit rating agencies. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Staff Accountant, leading examinations of broker-dealers to ensure compliance with securities regulations. Prior to that, Kenneth worked as a Buy-Side Equity Analyst at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, conducting research on telecom equities to assist in investment decisions. Kenneth holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Russian Studies from Wesleyan University.
