Kevin Jessar is currently the Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution & Collaboration at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2016. They previously served as the Corporate Ombudsman for the American Red Cross from 2009 to 2016 and as Deputy Ombudsman at the National Institutes of Health from 2000 to 2009. Kevin earned a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a Ph.D. in American Literature as well as an MA in English Literature from the University of Maryland.
