Lou Randazzo is currently a Senior Enforcement Counsel in the Public Finance Abuse Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they specialize in the enforcement of federal securities laws related to municipal securities and public pensions. Having been with the SEC since 1992, Lou has extensive experience in this area of law. They are also pursuing further education at The University of Toledo College of Law.
