Luke Pazicky has extensive experience in legal roles, primarily within the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2013, where positions have included Senior Special Counsel and various roles in the Division of Enforcement and Asset Management Unit. Prior to this, legal experience was gained as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice and as an Associate in antitrust and white-collar practices at Dechert LLP. Military service as an Army Reserve Judge Advocate began in April 2010. Additional early career experience includes clerkship with the Honorable Stewart Dalzell. Luke Pazicky holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and East Asian Studies from Skidmore College.
