Marc McKayle is currently a Special Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Previously, they served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Inez Smith-Reid at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals from 1996 to 1998. Marc earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Wesleyan University in 1988 and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law in 1995. They are also a graduate of Phillips Andover Academy.
