Marc Ricchiute has extensive experience in securities law and enforcement, currently serving as Assistant Regional Director and previously as Senior Counsel within the Asset Management Unit and Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since June 2013. Prior to this role, Marc was an Associate in Securities Litigation and SEC Enforcement at Jones Day from September 2003 to May 2013. Marc began a professional career with Americorps as a Community and Natural Resources Volunteer from 1999 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School (2000-2003) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame (1995-1999).
