Marian Johnson

Marian "MJ" Johnson is a seasoned management consulting and project management executive with extensive experience in steering complex programs, particularly within the federal sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, MJ leads large-scale projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Previously, MJ held various roles, including Senior Project Manager and Associate, where they achieved significant cost savings and standardized business operations for the Air Force. As the Owner and Principal Consultant at MAJ Consulting LLC, MJ continues to deliver strategic management services across multiple industries. MJ holds a BS in Business Marketing from Rutgers University and an MBA with a focus on Six Sigma and Management Science from the University of Miami.
