Mark Oh

Mark Oh is a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2008. Prior to this role, Mark served as Counsel at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP from 2001 to 2008. Mark earned a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law between 1995 and 1998 and holds an A.B. in Government from Cornell University, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
