Matthew Archer-Beck

Matthew Archer-Beck is a Senior Adjudication Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, specializing in Securities Law, Administrative Law, and Appellate Litigation. They have held various legal positions, including a previous role as Senior Counsel at the SEC from 2012 to 2021, and served as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 2009 to 2012.
