McCarlas Ferguson

McCarlas Ferguson has a robust professional background in strategic communication, IT project management, and programming, with experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Branch Chief and Internal Communication Program Manager at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since June 2014, McCarlas also held the role of IT Project Manager. Prior to this, McCarlas worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury - OFAC as an IT Specialist from March 2010 to June 2014, and at L-3 Communications as a Senior Programmer from September 2007 to February 2010. McCarlas's career began in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1999 to 2007 as a Quality Assurance Representative/Program Manager with a focus on avionics. Academically, McCarlas holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgetown University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Park University.
