Meghan McCarthy

Meghan McCarthy, CFE, currently serves as a Securities Compliance Examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since March 2022. Previously, McCarthy was the Manager of Compliance at LedgerX from January 2022 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the National Futures Association, where McCarthy progressed through positions from Compliance Examiner II to Supervisor II in Compliance between June 2016 and January 2022. Earlier career experience encompasses a Senior Analyst position in Investment Operations at Northern Trust Corporation and an Operations Assistant role at Dorman Trading. Additionally, McCarthy worked as an Admissions Assistant at Western Michigan University and completed an internship in Client Support Services at CME Group. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Economics, and General Business from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business, earned between 2008 and 2012.
