Michael Catoe

Michael Catoe has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission since August 2004 and previously as a Staff Attorney at the same agency from August 2003 to July 2004. Prior to that, Michael worked as an Associate at Covington & Burling from November 1996 to August 2003, specializing in litigation, information technology, and corporate transactions. Michael holds a law degree from Howard University School of Law, where studies were completed between 1993 and 1996.
