Mike Khalil

Michael Khalil is a financial regulatory attorney with nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of securities law, ERISA, and investment management. Currently serving as a Partner at Pierson Ferdinand, they previously held the position of Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they contributed to significant rulemakings and advised on complex regulatory issues. Khalil has also worked in various capacities at the U.S. Department of Labor and Miller & Chevalier, focusing on ERISA litigation and enforcement policy. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Gettysburg College and are currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Michigan Law School.
