Prior to this position, from June 1997 to February 2000, Miller Robert worked as a Senior Investigator in the Enforcement Department at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Miller Robert holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The George Washington University, obtained between 1993 and 1997, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, completed from 1986 to 1990.
