Mitchell Davidson, CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, currently serves as a Staff Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, contributing to the enforcement division's mission of protecting investors and investigating potential violations of federal securities laws. Previously, Mitchell held the position of Director at AlixPartners, focusing on global investigations, forensic accounting, and international arbitration, with extensive casework involving numerous prestigious law firms. At Navigant, Mitchell served as a Senior Consultant in Global Investigations & Compliance, applying specialized accounting knowledge to legal matters, including a significant whistleblower investigation. Additional experience includes financial analysis and internal investigations at The Walt Disney Company, forensic accounting internships with EY and PKF Consulting USA, and management experience as an International Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
