Neel Dhingra

Neel Dhingra is a Securities Compliance Examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2020, focusing on investment adviser and investment company compliance, and serving on the Event and Emerging Risk Examination Team to address emerging threats in the financial sector. Prior to this role, Neel spent 13 years at Morgan Stanley as Vice President in the Valuation Control Group, responsible for independent valuation reviews of private equity investments and corporate loans. Neel began a career in finance at Credit Suisse as an Analyst from 2005 to 2007. Neel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
