Randall Friedland

Randall Friedland is a seasoned attorney currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2020. Prior to this role, Randall was an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP from September 2014 to September 2020. Randall gained early experience as a Law Clerk for the United States Senate in early 2013 and as a Legal Intern for the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota during the summer of 2012. Additionally, Randall worked as a Teacher at Atlanta Public Schools from August 2007 to January 2011. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and History from Emory University (2003-2007).
