Robin Crabb

General Attorney-professional Responsibility

Robin Crabb serves as a General Attorney-Professional Responsibility at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since October 2023, focusing on researching and applying laws of professional responsibility and providing legal advice on complex issues. Prior to this role, Robin was an Attorney Advisor at the USPTO, conducting investigations into attorney discipline matters, and previously held the position of Associate Solicitor, prosecuting violations of USPTO Disciplinary Rules. Robin’s legal career also includes serving as Senior Assistant Director at the Office of the Director of Lawyers Professional Responsibility in Minnesota, where responsibilities included investigating and prosecuting attorney misconduct, and working as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in Chicago, prosecuting in the Drug and Gang House Enforcement Section. Robin holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. in English/Philosophy from Bradley University.
