Sandhya Harris is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities law and transactional matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since May 2020, Sandhya previously held positions as a Legal Analyst II at CACI and as a Financial Law Clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice, where investigations included federal housing lender compliance and securities law violations. A pro bono Small Business Transactional Attorney since 2012, Sandhya has also supported major law firms in patent disputes and antitrust matters. With a Juris Doctorate and an MBA from Emory University, along with a Summa Cum Laude B.S. in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Sandhya possesses a strong academic and professional foundation in law and business.
