Sarah Cook

Sarah Cook currently serves as the Associate Chief Accountant in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, focusing on international auditing matters. They previously held a Director position at PwC, where they gained extensive experience in auditing financial services, including SEC filers. Sarah started their academic journey at the University of Alabama, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting followed by a Master of Accountancy. Additionally, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during their time in graduate school. Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
