Scott Jameson

Scott Jameson is a legal professional with extensive experience in securities and investment management. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Chief Counsel's Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since January 2023, Scott previously worked as an Associate at Linklaters from August 2020 to January 2023 and at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from September 2017 to July 2020, where Scott also served as a Summer Associate in 2016. Prior legal experience includes a role as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and internships with the Prison Justice League and the Texas Civil Rights Project. Scott holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Melbourne.
