Shelby Lidinsky

Shelby Lidinsky is an Executive Coach and the Head of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. They founded Lidinsky Leadership, LLC in 2020, where they provide executive coaching and leadership consulting. Shelby has previously served as a Leadership Consultant and Facilitator at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as in roles such as Personnel Psychologist intern at Procter & Gamble and Assistant Director at the Institute for Psychological Research and Application. They have also held positions as an Instructor at Bowling Green State University and Adjunct Faculty in Psychology at Heidelberg University. Currently, Shelby is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Bowling Green State University and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
