Sheldon Pollock

Sheldon Pollock has extensive experience in securities regulation and law enforcement, currently serving as Associate Regional Director at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2010, with previous roles including Assistant Regional Director and Senior Counsel within the Division of Enforcement. Additionally, Sheldon Pollock serves as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law, teaching a course on Securities Regulation. Prior experience includes a position as a Special Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. A former Law Clerk for the Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Sheldon Pollock holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School, a Master of Science (MS) in International Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Villanova University.
