Stacy Bogert has extensive experience in law and enforcement, currently serving as Associate Director in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since April 2008, where previous roles included Assistant Director and Senior Counsel. From July 2012 to January 2013, Stacy held the position of Special Assistant US Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office. Prior to these roles, legal experience included working as an Associate at Covington & Burling from 2001 to 2007 and serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Benson Everett Legg at the United States District Court from August 2000 to August 2001. Stacy holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from The George Washington University Law School, attained between 1997 and 2000.
