Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown has extensive experience in human capital consulting and administration, currently serving as an Assistant Director and Chief of Planning and Administration at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since August 2010. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Human Capital Consultant at USAID from August 2008 to August 2010, and at NOAA from February 2007 to August 2008. Earlier in Stephen's career, a position as a Human Resources Generalist was held at the District of Columbia Public Schools from January 2001 to February 2007. Stephen holds a degree from Middlebury College.
