Stephen E. Donahue has served at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since September 1998, advancing from Staff Attorney to Branch Chief and currently holding the position of Assistant Regional Director in the Asset Management Unit within the Division of Enforcement. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a Board Member for the Diabetes Exercise and Sports Association from 1998 to 2001, and as an Associate at McCarter & English, LLP from 1992 to 1998.
