Stephen Kam

Stephen Kam is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities enforcement and criminal litigation. Currently serving as Senior Trial Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since March 2022, Stephen previously held the role of Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice from April 2020 to March 2022. Prior to this, Stephen was a Senior Securities Litigation and White Collar Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from December 2018 to April 2020, and worked as a Litigation Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from September 2012 to December 2018. Stephen Kam earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Boston University School of Law.
