Stephen Ng

Stephen Ng is a legal professional with extensive experience in securities regulation and law. Currently serving as Senior Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since December 2014, Ng has also held the position of Counsel to Commissioner Elad Roisman during a detailed assignment. Prior to this, Ng was a Senior Associate at Baker Botts LLP from October 2008 to November 2014 and worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable M. Casey Rodgers at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida from August 2006 to September 2008. Ng holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from William & Mary. Early education was completed at Yorktown High School.
