Stephen Robinson

Stephen Robinson is currently the Associate General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. They have held various legal positions, including Senior Attorney and Senior Special Counsel at the same agency. Prior to this, Stephen worked as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP and Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, and served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr. and the Honorable Consuelo M. Callahan. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Princeton University, along with a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional certification from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
