Steven Varholik

Steven Varholik is a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they have held various roles in enforcement, including the Public Finance Abuse Unit and the Asset Management Unit. They previously served as Special Counsel in the Division of Trading and Markets. In addition to their legal practice, Steven has shared their expertise as an adjunct professor at institutions such as the University of San Francisco School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center. Steven earned a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown Law.
