Stew Gilson

Stew Gilson is currently a Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2022. Previously, Stew served as Counsel and Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2020 to 2022. They also contributed to the U.S. Courts of Appeals as a Judicial Law Clerk from 2017 to 2018 and were a Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State in 2010-2011. Stew obtained their law degree from NYU School of Law, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
