Tamara McCreary

Tamara McCreary is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Previously, McCreary held the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and served as the Chief Compliance Officer at The Beneficient Company Group, L.P. McCreary began their legal career as an Associate at Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt and later at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr P.C. They also contributed to the SEC as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement from 2012 to 2018 and have recently worked as the Associate Director in the Office of Career Services at Texas A&M University School of Law. McCreary holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
