Tiffany Posil

Tiffany Posil is the Chief of the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2023. They previously served as Special Counsel and Attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance at the same organization, and as Counsel and Partner at Hogan Lovells. Tiffany also worked as an Associate in the Corporate Transactions Department at Richards, Layton & Finger and completed a Law Clerk position at the Delaware Supreme Court. They earned their education from Georgetown University Law Center from 2011 to 2012.
